***CÁC BƯỚC THỰC HIỆN:

1)tạo folder data (mang tên website) trong folder htdos của thư mục xampp
2) chép toàn bộ wordpress đã giải nén vào folder này
3)trên trình duyệt chạy http://localhost:90(vd cổng 90)
4)chọn english.Bấm chọn phpmyadmin để mở trang cài dữ liệu cho folder data

***THỰC TẾ ĐỂ UPLOAD ĐƯỢC FILE DUNG LƯỢNG LỚN TRONG WP,TA DÙNG CODE SAU:

Dán vào File .htaccess trong như mục gốc trên website của bạn. Cách làm như với file php.ini bên trên.(Thực tế như ở đây là chép vào link C:\xampp\htdocs\sotay)
